ACT Consultant Wins Community Service Award

Boca Raton, FL…Tech Benders is pleased to announce that Roy Laudenslager was recently awarded the ACT! Community Service Award for his involvement with the ACT! Community. Sage Software, the manufacturer of the ACT! contact management software, presented him with the award at the their annual conference . Laudenslager was chosen from over 400 ACT! consultants nationally. Laudenslager, who is located in Eugene, Oregon, provides database design and technical telephone and web-based support for domestic and international ACT! users and consultants. He has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of ACT! ranging from database installation and customization to maintenance and troubleshooting. He has particular expertise in the creating custom ACT! reports using the ACT! Report Writer.

Laudenslager has over 35 years of experience in the electronics and data processing industry. He was a member of the ACT! technical support team for 10 years before joining Tech Benders in 2004. Laudenslager has written over 100 articles for ACT! publications including the Easy ACT! newsletter and the ACT! Extra newsletter. He has served as the Technical Editor on three ACT! For Dummies books with Karen Fredricks, author the books and founder of Tech Benders.

A graduate of the State University of New York, Laudenslager also completed numerous advanced courses in the field of business administration.
