Author Richard Neumann has dreamed of working for George Lucas for more than 30 years. From the day Star Wars first appeared on the silver screen he has burned a candle or should he say light saber for Lucasfilm. “I was seduced by the Dark Side” says Neumann, “My career drew me away from writing and down the path of corporate finance.” His career continued to climb finally reaching the pinnacle of Chief Financial Officer for a half billion dollar company only minutes from George Lucas’ Skywalker Ranch in Marin. Despite numerous attempts, he was never able to get a single interview for a job. “I probably have one of the most extensive collections of reject letters from Lucasfilm”, brags Neumann.

This story has a unique twist as Richard finally made it into the secluded Skywalker Ranch as an invited guest. He claims he never could have accomplished this without the help of 120,000 cows! Finally, after three decades of pursing his slightly misdirected dream, with the help of one very unique stone on a beach in Cabo San Lucas, Neumann was able to understand what his true dream had been all along.
