WARE MALCOMB AWARDED DESIGN OF THE CALIFORNIA COLLECTION AT EASTLAKE

Chula Vista, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s San Diego office is proud to announce that it has been selected as the Architect of Record for The California Collection at Eastlake project, located at Olympic Parkway and Wueste Road across from the Olympic Training Center in Chula Vista, California.

The project is being developed by Santa Ana-based Urban West, a developer of mixed-use commercial office and transit-oriented developments in Southern California.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for the six office buildings totaling 89,235 square feet. Each building is two-stories tall, ranging in size from 7,885 square feet to 23,895 square feet. Architectural design of the development is in an ‘Old California’ style with masonry construction, enhanced paving, landscaping and site lighting. There are approximately 40 speculative office suites amongst the six buildings ranging in size from

The project is expected to start construction by September 2007 and be complete by October 2008. Snyder Langston of Irvine, California is the General Contractor for the project.
