Annex Real Estate School Announces Accelerated Massachusetts Real Estate Salesperson Course for June Evenings

Massachusetts requires applicants for a Real Estate salesperson license to take a 24 hour pre-licensing class at an Approved School before taking the state examionation. Annex Real Estate School has been preparing students for this exam since 1991 and has presented this course to meet the needs of students.

Now, for June of 2007, there will be an accelrated class, two evenings a week, for three weeks. Starting on June 12th, the class hours will be from 6 pm to 10 pm on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

The cost of the course is only $200 which includes two textbooks and class material. Upon successful completion of the class, students will receive the State of Massachusetts Real Esate Candidate Handbook.
