Bumblefish to Extend Spring And Summer Hours

ARLINGTON, VA (May 23, 2007) Bumblefish Sushi & More, situated at the corner of King Street and Washington Street in the heart of historic Old Town Alexandria, Va., has announced that it will extend its hours of operation to meet the increasing evening demand for quick and fresh sushi and neo-Asian cuisine. The new schedule (below) will take effect immediately and run through October 31:

Sunday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Monday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Wednesday: 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
Saturday: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

"Our customers have been asking us to stay open later so we believe this is a natural move for us. We are also meeting this demand by adding delivery and catering to increase our presence in Old Town and the greater Alexandria area," says Bumblefish president, Kent Scholla.
