KKE Architects Adds Gregory A. James To Head Up Fast Growing Retail Division

PASADENA, CALIF. – Award-winning KKE Architects, Inc., headquartered in Minneapolis, with offices in Las Vegas; Pasadena and Irvine, Calif., announced today the hiring of Gregory A. James to head up the Irvine office’s fast-growing retail division. James was formerly the Project Director and Director of Operations for MCG Architecture in Irvine, Calif.Bringing nearly a decade of project management and retail merchandising experienced to KKE, James will be responsible for the development and management of the office’s retail projects through all phases including preparation of project budgets, design, contract documents and construction administration. As KKE’s Senior Project Director, James will also be responsible for growing the retail division.

Prior to his tenure at MCG, James worked for Ralphs Grocery Company in various positions in retail merchandising and most recently served as a field crew leader responsible for the retail merchandising of new stores and re-merchandising existing stores.

James received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from California Polytechnic State University, Pomona. He currently is in the process of testing for the California Architects Board (CAB).
