Online Learning is designed to manage risk, instill competency and retention, reduce the cost of training, as well as enhance practical clinical skills. At launch, courses cover safety, lifting, and service of patient handling equipment. Liko learning modules can accept SCORM compliant content and can match the customer’s learning management system (LMS) options.

Training of healthcare workers is a complex undertaking due to the variety of shifts, rotating and part-time staff, personnel turnover, and inability to attend in-service sessions.
