SmartAVI Inc. Adds Joe Hecht to Sales Team

May 2007 — SmartAVI Inc. (www.smartavi.com) is proud to welcome Joe Hecht to its sales and solution provider team. He has many years of computer consulting. Most recently Joe was with CompUSA Redondo Beach as a member of its Business to Business sales team. He was promoted to that position after posting high retail sales for that store in consecutive months.

As a Microsoft Office developer, Joe became very strong in accessing the needs of his customers. Bringing this skill set to sales is important, as it allows him to help his customers to quickly find the right solution to their project. “It is important to help get customers get to the right solution the first time for their project or requirement. I believe in asking questions to help the customer understand the details of their needs and get them the best product in our catalogue to match those needs.” Joe stated.
