Richard Wageman Makes Co-Presentation On Franchsing In China

Washington, DC ¨C May 2007 Richard Wageman of the firm, Lehman, Lee and Xu, gave a co-presentation titled ¡°International Franchise Association Legal Symposium-Franchising in China-What you need to know before you go".

Approximately 100 individuals attended. Co-presenters were Debra Abate (General Counsel for Mail Boxes Inc.); and Eric Newman (Vice President and General Counsel for Bojangles¡¯ Restaurants. Notable attendees included general counsel of major international franchisors and leading franchise lawyers.

The Symposium was organized by the International Franchise Association (IFA). Richard Wageman stated, "the presentation provided a comprehensive overview of what you need to know to set up a franchise system in China."
