IDEA Health & Fitness Association Announces the Health and Fitness Video Contest: What Moves You?
IDEA Health and Fitness Association, the leading membership organization of health, wellness and fitness professionals worldwide with more than 21,000 members in over 80 countries, announces IDEA’s Health and Fitness Video Contest, What Moves You. In conjunction with the 2007 IDEA World Fitness Convention® on July 5-9 in San Diego, the top prize is a free registration to this event and the opportunity to perform in the IDEA Fitness & Wellness Expo.

The largest fitness training event in the world, this year’s annual World Fitness Convention promises to gather more than 5,000 fitness professionals to attend more than 300 fitness programs and educational sessions as well as an industry-leading Fitness and Wellness Expo showcasing more than 130 exhibitors displaying the latest products and services.

Simply create a 3-minute (or shorter) video that demonstrates expertise and enthusiasm in one of the following five categories:
Inspiring Others to Wellness or Fitness
Most Challenging Workout
Inspiring/Motivating Kids to Movement and Exercise
Most Creative Workout
High Energy Urban Dance Workout (e.g., Street Dance, Funk, Hip-Hop)

Upload the What Moves You video(s) and let the voting begin. The video with the most votes will win:
1st prize: A full event registration to the 2007 IDEA World Fitness Convention. Plus, the opportunity to perform in the IDEA Fitness & Wellness Expo Hall at this conference.

2nd prize: A 1-year supply of vitaminwater®.

3rd prize: A 1-year IDEA membership.

4th prize: Select one:
2 VIP passes to IDEA’s Reunion Cocktail Party on July 7, 2007 at Stingaree in San Diego, CA.

$60 IDEA dollars for IDEA’s educational products.
