WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED AND CONSTRUCTION STARTED FOR MOUNTAIN WEST BUSINESS PARK

Denver, Colorado – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Denver office is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun on Mountain West Business Park, a project developed by Mountain West Industrial Properties. The business park is located on the southeast corner of Carson Street and Albrook Street alongside the I-70 Frontage Road in Denver, Colorado.

Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for the business park which includes eight single story speculative industrial buildings totaling 302,195 square feet on 27 acres. These eight buildings include industrial and office space for lease ranging from 17,000 to 82,000 square feet each. The anticipated completion date for the project is December 2007. DCB Construction Company, Inc. is the General Contractor for this project and is based in Denver, Colorado.
