Savor six of the finest wines and appetizers as Bertolini’s of Circle Centre hosts its Wine Dinner Wednesday, June 6th at 6 p.m. For just $35 per person, Wine Dinner at Bertolini’s of Circle Centre offers a perfect mid-week escape for friends and co-workers to gather for an evening of fantastic wine, great food and even better company.

This quarterly event will also feature selections from Executive Chef Tim McGuire’s specially prepared appetizer menu, including:

· Smoked salmon bruschetta with chive cream cheese and sun-dried tomatoes
· Crab-stuffed mushrooms with tarragon reduction béchamel (a rich white sauce)
· Roasted pork and vegetable-stuffed grape leaves
