RALEIGH, N.C. – Jeffrey Milligan, senior vice president of Landquest, a residential development firm specializing in the acquisition, design, permitting and construction of communities on the East Coast, has announced that Kevin Dail has joined the firm as project manager. In this position, Dail will work in the community planning department on the design, permitting, development and management of various Landquest residential and cemetery projects. Prior to joining Landquest, Dail worked in the banking industry, where he was involved in real estate lending and private banking. He is a graduate of Campbell University, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a Certificate in Trust Management.
