To celebrate their focus on lighter carbon footprints and solutions for sustainable living, organisers of The 5th Bristol Vegan Fayre launched their 007 Awards early in 2007. “We've gone completely mental – environ-mental” says Tim Barford from Yaoh Hemp Products, main sponsors of the event. “We've always been Green, in actual fact all we are doing is just shouting about it louder than normal.” The 5th Bristol Vegan Fayre will probably be the largest vegan festival the world has ever seen. Up to 20,000 visitors are being planned for with vegetarians and vegans travelling from all over the world to join in the festivities, taste the latest vegan food, listen to the speakers, dance to the bands, be enthralled at the vegan cooking demo's, watch the vegan eco-chic fashion show, eat the dairy free ice cream, try the cruelty-free cosmetics and meet thousands of other like minded people in search of a more ethical lifestyle.
