WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED AND CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR VENTURE COMMERCE CENTER - OTAY MESA

San Diego, California – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s San Diego office is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun for Venture Commerce Center - Otay Mesa, located at the intersection of Otay Mesa Boulevard and Piper Ranch Road in San Diego, California. Ware Malcomb has previously designed over twenty-five industrial and office projects for Venture Corporation throughout California, Nevada, Washington and Oregon.

Ware Malcomb provided architectural design services for this project, which includes eight Class A partial two-story multi-tenant office/flex condominium buildings totaling 125,326 square feet on 8.5 acres. The buildings range in size from 11,820 square feet to 19,240 square feet and include office space in the front of the buildings and flex/warehouse areas in the back.

Construction began in March 2007 and is estimated to complete by December 2007. Lusardi Construction Company of San Marcos, California is the General Contractor on the project.
