WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR ELGIN FLEX WAREHOUSE BUILDINGS PROJECT

Elgin, Illinois – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Chicago office is proud to announce that design is complete and construction has begun on the Elgin Flex Warehouse Buildings project located at 941 S. McLean Boulevard in Elgin, Illinois.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for this project, which includes two identical shell warehouse buildings, each 22,000 square feet. The buildings are being constructed of load bearing masonry walls with a steel roof structure with a 16 foot clear ceiling height. Each building is devisable into approximately 1,000 square foot units. Construction is expected to be complete by October 2007.
