CTI Group, a leading provider of interactive communication management solutions, today announced a partnership with Exchange Communications Limited, an independent telecommunications company based in the UK. The alliance will enable Exchange Communications to immediately make CTI’s Proteus call management and SmartRecord Voice Recording solutions available to its global client base. Michael McMillan, Operations Manager, Exchange Communications, said: “At Exchange we have a firm belief that the right partnerships are the way to ensure that our customers can enjoy superior communications technology and services now and for the future. We knew that when we were looking to partner with a world class provider of solutions to manage communication usage and costs, there was really only one name to consider – CTI Group.“
Proteus is designed to help end user companies clearly understand communication activity by capturing and recording data on incoming, outgoing and internal communications directly from a Private Branch Exchange (PBX) or Internet Protocol (IP) telephony system. Proteus provides telecommunications analysis in real time, automatically interprets this data and presents it in professional management reports. Businesses use Proteus to reduce costs and improve employee productivity through cost allocation, monitoring phone usage, increasing network efficiency, verification of phone bills and monitoring call traffic including employee phone activity.
SmartRecord is a feature rich cost effective voice recording solution compatible with both traditional PBX and IP based telephony systems. Typically SmartRecord is utilised by businesses to fulfil regulatory compliance,
aid staff training, to effectively resolve disputes or to generally monitor employee telephony performance. Call access and playback is via a secure web interface.
Since its inception in 1990, Exchange Communications Ltd has established a strong reputation for providing innovative communication products and dependable maintenance to customers in the UK, Europe and the Americas. Its customers range from small and medium sized businesses to large enterprise organisations, across all vertical markets.
Michael McMillan continued: “We look forward to working with CTI and not only because of the obvious benefits we can deliver to our customers in terms of greater efficiency and improved cost measurement and management. We have also been impressed by CTI Group’s excellent service in terms of marketing and technical support, and have built a strong relationship with the CTI teams.”
Andy Wilson, Sales and Marketing Director, CTI Group, said: “As a leader in communications management software, CTI welcomes Exchange as a new key channel partner and looks forward to working with them to build recurring revenue streams and facilitate lasting customer relationships within their customer base.”
