3H Technology Wins Four Year $6.8M Task Order to Support the General Services Administration's Public Buildings Service

RESTON, Va., May 2007 - 3H Technology LLC (3H) has been awarded a $6.8 million prime contract by the General Services Administration (GSA) to provide program management and information technology support to the Public Building Service's (PBS) Rent Estimate project. "We have been providing network infrastructure and software development services to GSA for over 10 years and we are very excited about continuing our relationship with the agency and supporting their strategic goals through this project", said David Riggs, 3H Vice President. Technical services will include project management, operational system maintenance & application support, security, and training.
3H will assist the PBS Chief Financial Officer in preparing the annual Rent Estimate for PBS' federal clients and will operate and maintain the enabling REWeb enterprise application. Under the contract, 3H will also provide software development support to create a comprehensive Revenue Management System (RMS) for the PBS CFO. RMS will provide a single point of entry for users in all PBS regions to work collaboratively and to access the most accurate and current real estate data available. RMS will also provide PBS customers with a base to develop their space budget requests and provide PBS with a foundation to develop its revenue forecasts.
