Billie Redmond Named Realtor Of The Year

RALEIGH, N.C. – Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties has announced that Billie Redmond, president of the company, has received the 2007 Realtor of the Year Award presented by the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR). The prestigious annual award recognizes a TCAR member’s contributions to the commercial real estate industry, as well as their continued commitment and support to the local community through the TCAR organization. Recent winners include Dee Creech of NAI Carolantic Realty, Inc., Tripp Bradshaw of Capital Associates, Sam DiFranco of Triangle Commercial and Carter Worthy of Carter Worthy Commercial. Redmond was presented with the award at the TCAR Frontier Awards Ceremony on March 29 at 111 Realtors Way in Cary, North Carolina.

Most recently under Redmond’s guidance, Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties has received national recognition with the 2007 Diversity Award and the 2007 Commercial Elite Award, each presented by Coldwell Banker Commercial. Previously, Redmond has received the Triangle Business Journal’s Women in Business Award, been named to the Business Leader Impact list, and been named Tar Heel of the Week by The News & Observer, as well as being recognized as one of Business Leader Magazine’s Women Extraordinaire.
