Celebrate Mother’s Day at The Ambrosia Restaurant

The OC Pavilion (www.ocpavilion.com) and 5-star Ambrosia Restaurant are pleased to offer a world class, 4-course brunch for Mother’s Day on May 13th, prepared by acclaimed Executive Chef Michael Rossi.

The 4-course menu is a celebration of the seasonal marketplace, featuring the freshest fruits, vegetables and entrees of the season. The brunch will run from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM and prices are $55 per person and include champagne. There will be a special menu for children 12 and under priced at $20. The brunch will also feature live jazz.

The first course is a choice of Baked Bay Oysters, Smoked Salmon, California Asparagus with Himalayan Truffles and Artichoke Raviolis. The second course offers a choice of White Corn Soup or Baby Spinach Salad. The third course features a selection of entrees, including Braised Shortribs with Poached Hen Eggs, Halibut Fillet with Sweet Peas, Vanilla Bean Brioche French Toast and Duck Confit with Wild Mushroom Risotto. The feast is finished up by offering guests a selection of chocolate fondue with farm fresh fruits.

The Ambrosia restaurant offers intimate, custom leather booths in a candlelit atmosphere.
