WM ARCHITECTS NEVADA, INC. ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETE AND CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR PETSMART DISTRIBUTION FACILITY

Storey County, Nevada – WM Architects Nevada, Inc., an affiliate company to California based Ware Malcomb, is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun on PetSmart’s West Coast Distribution Facility, located in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center at 1200 Venice Drive, in McCarren, Storey County, Nevada. Seefried Properties of Atlanta, Georgia is the developer for this project.

WM Architects Nevada, Inc. is providing architectural design services, both shell and interior, for the 873,000 square foot industrial distribution center, including 850,000 square feet of warehouse space and 25,000 square feet of office space. The building is designed to accommodate an additional 270,000 square feet for future expansion.

PetSmart, Inc. is the largest specialty pet retailer of services and solutions for the lifetime needs of pets. The company operates more than 908 pet stores in the United States and Canada, a growing number of in-store PetsHotel cat and dog boarding facilities, and is a leading online provider of pet supplies and pet care information (www.petsmart.com).

The General Contractor for the project is United Construction out of Reno, Nevada.
