WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN FOR WATERMAN BUSINESS CENTER

San Bernardino, Calif. – Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s corporate office in Irvine, California, is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun for Waterman Business Center, located directly adjacent to the 10 and 215 Freeways at Waterman Avenue and Commercial Road in San Bernardino, California. The project is being developed by Seventh Street Development.

Ware Malcomb is providing architectural design services for twelve (12) speculative industrial buildings totaling 191,000 square feet. The project includes two industrial condominium buildings totaling 67,000 square feet featuring units ranging from 2,068 square feet to 8,367 square feet. Also included in the project are ten freestanding industrial buildings on fee simple lots, four of which include mezzanines, ranging in size from 9,543 square feet to 29,057 square feet.

Construction is expected to be complete by October 2007. This project is being built by Fullmer Construction of Ontario, California.
