ComCorp, Inc. CEO Karim Hijazi resigns; Board Appoints Tammy Camp Interim President and CEO

ComCorp, Inc. announced today that its Board of Directors asked for and received the resignation of President and CEO Karim Hijazi on Wednesday, January 3, 2007. Concurrently, the Board has appointed CFO and Vice-President Tammy Camp, 27, as president and CEO on an interim basis. Karim Hijazi will also leave the company's Board; all changes are effective immediately.

Tammy Camp is a 6-year veteran of the internet industry who has served as ComCorp, Inc. CFO, co-founder and as a member of the company's Executive Council since December 2004. She oversees all company financial matters and will continue in this role during the interim period.
