Campbellsport, WI – Guitarsland.com has officially launched. This new website bills itself as a complete resource for those looking to learn how to play the guitar. Indeed, when one visits the site, they are greeted with a large selection of buying guides for guitars. According to site developer, Gary Ruplinger, “Two of our most popular buying guides are on ‘how to buy an electric guitar’ and ‘how to buy an acoustic guitar.’ I think a lot of people need to know the basics without being beat over the head by the manufacturers salesletters telling them which guitar they need. I’ve tried to design Guitarsland.com to be a place where a novice can learn what to look for in a guitar, get some recommendations, but not feel pressured into buying something they’re not ready for.”
The site also includes a variety of free lessons teaching people how to play guitar. Some lessons are very basic and simply explain the parts of the guitar or how to change guitar strings. Others are far more in depth and cover topics like how to play the guitar by ear, how to tune your guitar, and several guides to music theory for guitar players.
For those looking to really take their guitar playing to the next level, the site has even made several guitar lesson programs available.
