WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES DESIGN COMPLETED & CONSTRUCTION BEGUN ON FURNITURE ROW BUILDING AT PROLOGIS PARK 70

(April 2007) Denver, Colorado - Ware Malcomb is a national design firm offering planning, architecture, interior design, graphic design and site development services to commercial real estate clients throughout the United States and Mexico. The firm’s Denver office is proud to announce that design is completed and construction has begun on Building 9 at ProLogis Park 70, a state-of-the-art industrial park currently under development. The new park is located at 24000 East 19th Avenue in Aurora, Colorado near the intersection of I-70 and E-470.

Ware Malcomb is providing site development, architectural and interior design services for this 625,573 square foot industrial distribution warehouse building which is located on 35 acres. The building and the land have been purchased by Furniture Row. ProLogis will design and build the facility, which will serve as a national distribution center for Furniture Row, as part of the agreement.

Construction on this project started in late February and is anticipated to be completed in the third quarter of 2007. Murray & Stafford of Denver, Colorado is the General Contractor for this project.
