Jumeirah selected to manage new seafront development in Palm Jumeirah

Jumeirah, the dynamic and rapidly growing Dubai-based luxury international hospitality group and member of Dubai Holding, has signed a letter of understanding to manage one of Palm Jumeirah’s most prestigious and unique new beach front developments.The prestigious hotel will be developed by Dubai-based Al Fattan Properties LLC, a company well known for its strategically located quality lifestyle developments. The luxurious hotel will feature 213 rooms and suites, 45 residences and 45 serviced apartments, all of which will be managed by Jumeirah.
Situated in an exclusive water-front setting, the hotel and residences will be uniquely located on the north of the crescent with direct views of Burj Al Arab, the world’s most luxurious hotel. The hotel will also feature six restaurants and lounges, extensive sport and leisure facilities, a large spa, state-of -the-art conference and banqueting facilities, an exclusive beach club and more than 200 metres of wide private beach for guests to enjoy.
