WYSDM AND DOUBLE-TAKE SOFTWARE SIGN OEM AGREEMENT

WysDM Software, Inc., the leading provider of advanced data protection management solutions, announced today that it has signed an OEM agreement with Double-Take Software, a leading provider of recoverability software including continuous data replication, application availability, and system state protection. Double-Take Software and WysDM will work together to improve the recovery management strategy based on predictive analysis, real-time data protection, and detailed reporting capabilities.
