Search Agents – Users can now setup complex search agents for automatic identification of matched talent for a requisition as soon as the resource is available from any source including internal database, online job boards as well as from corporate website.


Collaboration – Calendaring, document sharing, emailing functionality is enhanced to provide advanced level of collaboration for users. Preset communication templates and letter templates are also included in this release.


User Interface Enhancements – User experience, usability and fast navigation are some of the areas that received major focus in this release. RecruitSharp On-Demand 3.5 has enhanced user interface that makes the application very user-friendly, easy and simple to use.


Reports Enhancements – Several new reports on sourcing effectiveness, performance reports in weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly schedules, detailed and summary level reports on recruiting efficiency and many other areas are added in this new release.

RecruitSharp On-Demand 3.5 is also SSL enabled. This release is immediately available in a software-as-service on-demand model at a fixed per month user access fee.
