Riggs Construction & Design Names Bill Riggs Vice President

April 17, 2007: KIRKWOOD, Mo. – Riggs Construction & Design, a full-service design-build remodeling firm, has named Bill Riggs Vice President. Prior to his current position, Riggs served as Project Manager and Design/Sales Professional for the Kirkwood-based company.

“Bill and I both look forward to continuing our family legacy as we become the third generation of Riggs to lead the business,” said Amie Riggs, Vice President and Sales & Marketing Manager. “Bill’s experience working with customers and the construction team helps him empower homeowners to say ‘Yes I Can!’ to remodeling.”

Bill Riggs graduated from the St. Louis Carpenters Joint Apprenticeship Program. He worked in the field for ten years and continues as a Design/Sales Professional.

Tom Riggs began to transfer ownership of the business to his children Bill and Amie in 2004. The transfer will be complete in 2013.
