Horticultural Asset Management, Inc. Names New Affiliate Program Member For Raleigh-Durham Market
April 15, 2007 (PRLEAP.COM) Business News
CARY, N.C. – Doug Cowles, president and CEO of Horticultural Asset Management, Inc. (HMI), has announced that York Simpson Underwood has contracted to be a member of HMI’s new Real Estate Affiliate Program in the Raleigh-Durham market. Under the terms of the program, York Simpson Underwood clients will receive reduced pricing for the assessment. HMI will also customize each assessment with the agency and individual broker’s logos and brand. The assessment service involves the identification, sizing, mapping and general inspection of the landscape trees and shrubs on a property. This information is processed through HMI’s proprietary system and returns current through five-year replacement cost values, a plant health score, and plant descriptions, photographs and care and maintenance instructions for each asset. With this information, home sellers and brokers can quantify the value of the landscape assets and the new homebuyer receives a complete inventory and care guide for the landscape assets.
As an affiliate member, home sellers who order an assessment will receive added value in the form of two certificates valued at $500 in tree and shrub care services. A third certificate worth $250 will be available to the new homeowner. All services will be performed by Bartlett Tree Experts. Bartlett is an international leader in residential and commercial tree and shrub care. As a member of HMI’s network of field-based assessors, Bartlett will send their staff arborists to each property to gather the information for the assessments.
Quotes:
