Nathaniel General Contractors Announces New Hires

Rochester, N.Y.-Nathaniel General Contractors welcomes the addition of Gail McManaman to the position of Office and Accounting Manager. In her new position, Ms. McManaman will be responsible for all office and accounting functions. Ms. McManaman has held project management, accounting and training positions with Christa Construction and Spoleta Construction. Ms. McManaman lives in Webster.

Frank Andolino, President and Chief Executive Officer, announced the promotion of Bart Noto to Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer with responsibility for all day-to-day operations of the company. Mr. Noto is a partner in the firm and previously served as Vice President Construction. Mr. Noto and his wife Sandy live in Spencerport.

Donald J. Lieber has been promoted to Vice President Construction responsible for all construction operations of the company. Mr. Lieber previously served as a Sr. Project Manager for Christa Construction and has been in the construction business for close to 40 years as an entrepreneur and construction executive. Mr. Lieber is a past president of the Rochester Home Builders Association and lives in Irondequoit.
