National Property Management Company Expands to Southern California

Diamond Bar, CA DARCORP, a national property management and commercial real estate services company based in Dallas, Texas is making a business development push into Southern California.
Darcorp’s initiative is to build goodwill within the office community by offering the initial southland clients a one time cash infusion equal to the expected management fee generated in the first year. Building owners in the Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside or San Bernardino counties will benefit from this grand opening promotion.
For example, if a building owner generates $500,000 per year in rents, and the negotiated management fee is 5% of gross collected income ($25,000), Darcorp will pay the owner $25,000 upon signing a new management contract.
The only requirement is that the owner commit to a three-year management contract. This does not mean that the contract cannot be terminated, it simply means that the contract can only be terminated if there is a breach or act of negligence.
The benefits are obvious and can be viewed two ways; a free year of management or a one time cash infusion for nothing more than hiring someone to make your life easier. Also, it is a perfect opportunity for building owners that want to make capital improvements to the property but don’t want to take the money out of their savings account to do so. It also would be a great opportunity for the landlord that needs to lease vacant space but does not have the cash flow for tenant improvements and leasing commissions.
The offer is compelling and available for the first 250,000 feet of new management. If you would like more information, please contact Charles German at (909) 860-8715 or via email at charlesgerman@darcorp1.com You can also visit him on the web at www.Darcorp1.com
