Master Builders of South Florida Wins Porter Place Contract

At a gala ribbon-cutting ceremony, rapidly expanding contractor Master Builders of South Florida celebrated the opening of Porter Place, located in Hypoluxo, Florida. MBSF was awarded the $13.8 million contract by prestigious Atlanta developer York Residential to build the mixed-use development in one of South Florida’s most rapidly growing communities.

Jonathan Snyder, President & CEO of MBSF said he was “delighted to have the team earn the respect and trust of one of the industry’s leaders to construct such an exciting project.” The gated development will consist of 41 luxury, three-story TownHomes and nine lofts, plus nine offices and shops. Phase One of Porter Place is expected to take 14 months to completion. The location was selected because of its lush, tranquil setting and its easy access to the beaches of southeast Florida, the Intracoastal Waterway and the shops and cultural life of West Palm Beach.

Porter Place is located at the intersection of Hypoluxo Road and Overlook Road, and is bordered on two sides by a 97 acre, protected natural preserve.
