NEW "Noated Auctions" is the Latest Asset to the Online Anime & Manga Community

May 1st, 2005 http://www.noated.net/ — Noated, the anime and manga community that you have trusted for years, is proud to announce the unveiling of their most recent expansion: "Noated Auctions". These auctions are geared specifically towards the fans of anime and manga worldwide as a way to provide easy and accessible avenues to share their collections.

After several months of deliberation the staff of Noated has decided that a distinct auction is the next best way to help anime and manga fans share their love of this growing hobby. These auctions will give the customers a chance to sell their currently growing collections and purchase new or used items from other fellow fans. Along with traditional buying and selling, these auctions will also include a unique feature where fans can trade their items with others. These auctions will be easy and inexpensive for the average user.

With the inclusion of the auctions and the launching of this useful tool the Noated staff hopes to continue to provide more ways in assisting anime and manga fans. Noated started out many years ago as a site called "Typus' Anime Depot." The owner of the site had an idea: connecting anime fans to the things that they loved and each other. In an effort to do this, he created a database that listed anime fan sites. This quickly became popular. Shortly afterwards, the name of the site was changed to simply "Noated", and a database for manga fan sites was added along with a Japanese dictionary and a community forum.
