RALEIGH, N.C. - Billie Redmond, president of Coldwell Banker Commercial TradeMark Properties, has announced that Jennifer Chun has been named director of international investment properties. In this position, Chun is responsible for managing retail, office, residential and land investments internationally for the firm. Chun holds a Juris Doctor degree from Washburn University and is a licensed immigration lawyer and real estate broker in North Carolina.
