Le Miccine teams with WineStyles in Minnesota

Le Miccine, an award-winning Chianti Classico estate in the heart of Tuscany, has teamed with Minnesota WineStyles shops, Cities97 radio station, NWA travel, and MTGlobal, fine wine distributors, to provide a dream vacation for two to Liz Nelson of Stillwater, MN. Ms. Nelson, the winner of the grand finale of Cities97 Wine and Dine World Tour, will fly to Italy with her guest and stay one week in the residence at Le Miccine.

Owned by Chicagoans Clifford and Donna Weaver since 1996, Le Miccine produces premium Chianti Classico. In those 10 years, the wines produced at Le Miccine by the Weavers have won critical acclaim from many reviewers and numerous medals in various international wine competitions. The 2003 vintage, which is now available in wine shops and restaurants, won both a Gold medal and a Silver medal at the prestigious Los Angeles Wines of the World competition. Le Miccine has been rated as one of only 16 “Premium producers of Chianti Classico Riserva” by Beverage Testing Institute.

In addition to the Minnesota WineStyles, Le Miccine Chianti Classico has been featured at several Illinois WineStyles shops.
