MILLENNIUM DIGITAL MEDIA SYSTEMS ADDS SUPPORT FOR HIGH SPEED DATA SUBSCRIBERS AND ONLINE PAYMENTS THROUGH CSG SYSTEMS

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (April 3, 2007) ¾ CSG Systems (NASDAQ: CSGS), a leading provider of customer care and billing solutions, today announced that Millennium Digital Media Systems, a fast-growing broadband services company serving more than 120,000 customers, has expanded its use of CSG’s solutions.Millennium will now use the CSGÒ Advanced Convergent Platform (ACP) to provide customer care and billing service to its high-speed data subscribers, in addition to its video subscribers already served by the platform. CSG ACP is a customer-centric billing and customer care platform that can help cable operators achieve a consistent view of each customer across all touch points, from the Web, to the call center to the field technician and the settop box.
Millennium has also purchased CSG Care ExpressÒ to offer Electronic Bill Presentment and Payment (EBPP) options to customers. CSG Care Express allows customers to view, manage and pay bills over the Internet and virtually eliminates manual processes carried out by customer service representatives when taking orders and upgrading services. Care Express offers convenience for the consumer and saves expense for the operator as these customers do not have to contact the call center for routine business.
More than 3,000 new users sign up to use Care Express services each day across CSG’s customer base. The solution has a greater than 8 percent average adoption rate, significantly higher than that of the cable industry overall.
Millennium will use Care Express to provide online statement viewing and payment capabilities to its subscribers of basic and premium digital cable television services and its CableSpeed high-speed cable modem service across five states.
