Kevin Carroll Joins Phillips DiPisa's Team

Hingham, MA, United States, 4/5/2007 - Phillips DiPisa, an executive search firm serving healthcare providers, managed care organizations and life sciences firms, today announced that Kevin Carroll has joined the firm.

Kevin Carroll has thirteen years of executive recruiting and sales experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. He focuses on searches for senior executives for commercial, medical and clinical research roles.

Kevin was most recently Director of National Accounts at The Bowdoin Group, a recruiting firm specializing in placements for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device and other industries. During his ten years at The Bowdoin Group, Kevin worked with early stage biotech and big pharma companies. His work included recruiting senior-level management talent for commercial, medical and clinical affairs roles, as well as managing large scale hiring projects for sales and field-based medical affairs teams.

Previously, Kevin was with Bristol-Myers Squibb, where he trained pharmaceutical sales representatives and sold CNS, Anti-infective, Cardiovascular and Women’s Health products in Boston-area hospitals, physicians' offices, managed care organizations and pharmacies. Earlier in his career, Kevin gained valuable experience interviewing “C-Level” executives for due diligence reporting at Bishops Services, Inc., the country’s oldest investigative firm.

Kevin served in the military as an Army officer and aviator.

Currently Kevin teaches a course entitled "Assembling the Management Team” for the Medical Device Management Certificate Program at Worcester Polytechnic Institute. Kevin earned a B.A. in history from Providence College, Providence, RI.
