Prudential Real Estate honors Cheryle Sanderson with Chairman's Circle Award

HOUSTON, TX. – Cherylé Sanderson, who works out of Prudential Gary Greene Realtors’ Woodlands Portofino office, has earned another top-producing award to add to the many others she’s won in her 27 years in the residential real estate industry. Sanderson received the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates, Inc. Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award for her high achievements in production in 2006, ranking her in the top one percent of sales professionals in the Prudential Real Estate network.

Marilyn Eiland and Mark Woodroof, partners with Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors, presented the award to Sanderson on March 9, 2007 during the company’s award ceremonies at the Marriott Westchase in Houston. Sanderson received additional recognition for her Chairman’s Circle Diamond Award at the 2007 sales convention in San Diego, California on March 20.

Sanderson has earned the distinction among the top Prudential Realtors as number one in the entire Central Region, USA. She has been the number one Prudential Realtor in listings and production in Texas each year since 1998 and has ranked in the Top 100 of 64,000 Prudential Realtors nationwide.

She a leader in Prudential’s Fine Homes Division and was recently recognized by the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing for her performance in the million-dollar and above luxury home market in The Woodlands and Montgomery County.

Sanderson repeatedly finds herself on the Houston Business Journal’s annual list of “Top 25 Residential Real Estate Individuals.” She has been named a Mega Broker of Texas by Unique Homes Magazine – The National Magazine of Luxury Homes, and a Top Realtor in Texas Monthly magazine.

Sanderson focuses on The Woodlands and the surrounding Montgomery County market areas. Most of her business comes through referrals of satisfied clients, and she has three associates to help with the resulting volume of business. Kim Fox serves as listing coordinator, Jennifer Pitcaithly is Sanderson’s office administrator, and CeCelia Smith is a licensed buyer’s agent.
