The lawsuit is being filed against owners, managers, controllers and leasors of the World Trade Center complex. The cleanup workers have been affected by the high levels of lethal toxins which were present at Ground Zero following the events on September 11, 2001. These afflictions which are known as “WTC Toxic Diseases” could also affect many of the people who live and work around the area of the cleanup.
