BILLIAN TO ACQUIRE LEADER PUBLISHING ASSETS

Billian Publishing’s affiliate company, Trans World Publishing, founded and headquartered in Atlanta, GA, has announced they are acquiring the assets of Atlanta based The Leader Publishing Group.

• Leader Lists, the annual directory of Atlanta’s leading companies.

Billian has owned successful national and international titles since 1979. “We now have a tremendous opportunity to use our strengths and skills to publish in the Atlanta business market, in fact, in our own backyard,” stated Jay Perkins, President and COO. “Whether through printed products, events or online, a publisher’s role is to offer innovative media products to companies wishing to reach those markets. The Leader Publishing Group titles bring significant opportunities to our company on which we can build” according to Mr. Perkins.
