Frontline Source Group, Inc. Acquires dfwHR, LLC

Dallas, TX Frontline Source Group, Inc announced effective March 30th, 2007 its recent acquisition of dfwHR, LLC, a Dallas-based, certified women-owned, temporary staffing agency for human resource professionals. With the aim of expanding and further developing their human resources placement department, Frontline Source Group extended an offer to purchase dfwHR in early March. The terms of the acquisition were not publicly disclosed. Bill Kasko, President of Frontline Source Group said “the two staffing agencies have worked together frequently over the past year, and the principals of Frontline had identified dfwHR as a company with similar goals and methodologies. We felt that it was a great time to incorporate this human resource temporary and direct hire agency within the Frontline organization.”

Leaders at both Frontline Source Group and dfwHR are looking forward to the combination of the two firms as a way of broadening their scope and reach within the staffing industry.
