Cody Ventures Acquires Ten State Street (Press Release)

Orange, CA, Mar 28, 2007 (PR Leap)— Cody Ventures Corporation (OTC-CDYV.PK) president, Ms. Patricia Miller, today announced the acquisition of website content developer Ten State Street. Ten State Street will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Cody Ventures Corp. The transaction was accomplished by means of a share exchange agreement. Ten State Street, Inc. is developing a social networking website and an online dating and personals site.

Ten State Street, Inc.’s social networking site will include distinctive features. Some of those features will be art and photo galleries, instant messaging, live web chat, user forums, blogging and much more, giving users the ability to create their own personalized landing page.

Cody Ventures Corp., through its wholly owned subsidiary, Ten State Street, Inc., is also developing a free dating website. This site will allow users to post their pictures and other personal information in an easy to use environment. Users will be able to search for their perfect match through a simple or complex preference search and a zodiac search tool.

All websites developed will offer a Loyalty Point Program where users will earn points good for prizes simply for using the websites developed by Ten State Street.

Cody Ventures Corp. intends to generate revenue through Google Ad Sense and top quality affiliate programs in order to create fee-free sites for users.

Nielson/Net Ratings has issued a study showing that the top 10 social networking sites saw traffic grow 47% over the last year, with MySpace and MSN Spaces seeing the biggest growth (with 367% and 286% increases, respectively). Hosted blogging systems were also included in the study.
