Perry Homes in Shoreline Cove offers ¼-acre homesites

Perry Homes is pleased to announce the opening of a new section in South Shore Harbour – Shoreline Cove – offering new floorplan designs on the largest homesites in the community. The entry, which will showcase ceramic tile flooring, leads to a family room anchored by a corner fireplace. The morning area opens to both the family room and the island kitchen. The loggia offers access to the family room, showcasing a wall of windows and open to the morning area and island kitchen. A butler’s pantry is set between the kitchen and formal dining room.

The master suite features a sitting area, two walk-in closets, a six-jet whirlpool tub and a glass-enclosed shower with a shower seat. A library, three secondary bedrooms and a three-car garage with porte-cochere complete this home.

The largest design available to build in Shoreline Cove showcases Plan 6812, a two-story home with five bedrooms and 3 ½ baths in approximately 6,812 square feet. The home features a two-story rotunda entry, two-story family and formal living rooms, a sun room and a library on the first floor. A curved staircase leads to the second floor boasting a game room, media room and four secondary bedrooms.
