RESIDENTS OF 10021 GRANTED STATIONERY RELIEF

NEW YORK CITY, March, 2007 — Dempsey & Carroll is offering all residents of ZIP code 10021 a welcome relief: a free return address engraving plate on any order of 100 or more envelopes, now through July 31, 2007.

A ZIP code change was reported on Monday, March 19th, by The New York Sun, and is the subject of an article in the New York Times on March 21st. The ZIP code currently known as 10021 will be divided into three ZIP codes: 10021, 10065 and 10075. The change is effective July 1st.

“We hope to take some of the sting out of the interruption this will cause. Imagine all the updating!” says Lauren Marrus, President of Dempsey & Carroll. “Those who plan ahead can have their new envelopes in time for the July 1st change. The free return address plate just makes it that much easier.”

Until July 31st, engraved return address plates are offered at no charge to residents of ZIP code 10021; they are regularly $90 each. Envelopes, accompanying cards and sheets, return address engraving and other options are available for an additional charge. If the new return address is intended to match the style of existing stationery, Dempsey & Carroll suggests providing a sample.
