KSN has been supported by the Applied Knowledge Group, Inc. (AKG) since its inception over four years ago. Now in excess of 22,000 users, KSN demonstrates the power of user adoption methodology, as its members have continuously developed better business processes that deliver significant cost savings and improved productivity. Upon the award announcement, Melvin Brown II, KSN Program Manager noted “It is gratifying to watch the explosive growth of KSN, as the growth is driven by the users. The adoption program we have in place encourages employees to creatively pursue different ways of working in this virtual office environment.
