Perry’s Summer Exchange Building in Boston.James Brady of Cushman & Wakefield brokered the transaction on behalf of A.W. Perry, Inc. and Arlon Brown of Parsons Commercial Group and Chris McMahon of Thompson, Doyle, Hennessey and Stevens represented New Horizons in the transaction.

New Horizons will be relocating from their current location of 99 Summer Street in July.
