WARE MALCOMB ANNOUNCES COMPLETION OF VOIT DEVELOPMENT CORPORATE OFFICE

The firm’s corporate office in Irvine, California, is proud to announce that design and construction have been completed for Voit Development’s Corporate Office located at 101 Shipyard Way, Suite M in Newport Beach, California.

Ware Malcomb provided interior architecture and design services for this 5,060 square foot waterfront executive office suite. The space included private and open offices, a conference room, game area, break room, and a patio overlooking Newport Bay, which was designed to be suitable for use as a meeting area. The space was designed to a nautical theme, incorporating the waterfront location and reflecting the coastal lifestyle and passion for sailing of founding President, Bob Voit.

DBAC of Newport Beach, California was the General Contractor for the project.
