HandStands Becomes Made for Sansa Licensee

March 2007 (Draper, UT) – HandStands, a leading provider of iPod and computer accessories is pleased to announce it has become an official licensee of Sandisk Corporation’s “Made for Sansa” program.

The program, similar to Apple, Inc.’s “Made for iPod” program, allows consumers to determine if a product has been approved for use with its popular Sansa MP3 player product line. End-users simply need to look for the “Made for Sansa” logo on the product’s packaging to make this determination.

Companies accepted into the “Made for Sansa” program are required to submit product designs and prototypes to Sandisk for approval prior to release. Based upon Sandisk’s comments, companies may need to modify certain aspects of the design of the product before launch.

With its addition into the “Made for Sansa” program, HandStands has introduced three products designed for Sandisk’s Sansa e200 series. These products include:

Sansa 5 Piece Travel Set – A 5 piece travel set which provides three layers of protection for the Sansa e200 series. The main three components are a travel case, a leather glove, and HandStands’ Duravú “Bullet-Proof” Shields. All work in conjunction with eachother to provide the ultimate protection for the Sansa. Also included are a micro-fiber cloth and a lanyard.

Sansa Armband - This extremely comfortable armband is perfect for exercising and workouts. Features an expandable neoprene armband with a form-fitting leather casing.

Sansa “Bullet-Proof” Shields – These thin, invisible shields are easily applied to prevent scratches on both the front and back of Sansa e200 series players

All three products are currently available at HandStands.com, and will be slowly rolled out to HandStands’ retail partners by Summer 2007.
