Snoozester, Inc., the company behind the popular Snoozester Wake Up Call service, today announced the launch of the Snoozester Reminder Call service. The new service is aimed at busy students, professionals and parents looking for a new way to keep on top of their hectic schedules. Snoozester's reminder call service helps users remember important appointments, events and dates by calling them at a designated time and playing a short reminder message.Snoozester users can schedule reminder calls online via the Snoozester.com website and then receive the reminder calls on their landline or mobile phones. When users schedule a reminder call, they are prompted to type in a short text message, such as "Term paper due by midnight," "Pick up the kids from soccer practice at 5:00" or "Dentist appointment on Thursday at 8:00." Snoozester then calls the user at the designated date and time and plays back the message over the telephone. Snoozester built the service on top of the Snoozester Engine, the same platform used to deliver Snoozester Wake Up Calls.
Snoozester CEO, Neville Mehra, described the launch as a success, "We are very happy with the results so far. We unofficially launched the service quietly last week by allowing visitors to the Snoozester.com website to start scheduling reminder calls. We then emailed our existing user base to announce the service later in the week. We have seen a good number of calls scheduled so far, and the service has been well received by the Snoozester Community. We are known for beta testing our services for extended periods before releasing them to the general public. We haven't had any complaints, so it looks like all of our testing paid off."
